Graivy is growing fast. We're thrilled to have Mike join us to lead design at scale.

We’re excited to announce that Mike Mulik has joined Graivy as our new Head of Brand & Product Design.

As we continue to grow and expand our AI-powered software for quick service restaurants (QSRs), thoughtful, human-centered design is more important than ever. From drive-thrus to kiosks and beyond, we’re building for real-world environments where customers expect fast, intuitive interactions – and crews need tools that just work.

Mike brings deep experience in brand, product, and systems design. He’s spent years designing clear, scalable experiences that connect across channels and make complex systems feel simple. He doesn’t just think in screens – he thinks in flows, language, sound, and usability.

Why now

Graivy has grown quickly by solving real problems for real teams. Our voice AI is powering drive-thru experiences that are faster and more accurate. Our kiosk platform is helping QSRs handle rushes with consistency and speed. And we’ve done all of that by staying focused on the operators, staff, and guests we serve.

As we scale our product line and deepen integrations across the QSR ecosystem, design becomes a force multiplier. It’s how we ensure that the intelligence behind our AI shows up as clarity and confidence for the people using it. That’s where Mike comes in.
