Mike spent 26 years in banking and 14 in financial services consulting, and once built a bank from scratch in eight months. He calls Graivy “Mike 3.0”. He co-founded the company to bring that same discipline to quick-service restaurants, using AI to improve service at the drive-thru and the kiosk. Outside work, he takes on extreme home renovations.
