AI Drive-Thru
It takes the order. Your crew hears it and starts cooking.
Voice AI at the speaker, on the headsets your crew already wears.

How it talks to guests
Fewer questions. Faster lanes.
Every question at the speaker slows every car behind it. So it asks only what it needs, in the order that gets each car to the window fastest.
One offer can settle the combo, the side and the drink with a single yes. Guests can cut in at any moment, and each item is on the board in about a second.

Full menu
All their usual.
All their unusual.
Every item and every modifier on your menu, with no cut-down menu for the AI. ServThru reads the order back while the board shows it, picture and all, so guests can confirm it at a glance before they pull forward.
Your crew
Step in
with one press.
The crew hears every order on their headsets, just as they do today, so they can start on it. Anyone can take over with the answer button they already use. When ServThru needs a person, it calls the crew with the lane number.

Judgment
Knows when
to get a person.
Allergy and food-safety questions go to someone who knows what’s in your kitchen today. So do complaints, guests who ask for a person, and orders that aren’t really orders. “Can I get a million coffees?” gets a crew member, not a million coffees.
It all follows your brand guidelines, your procedures, and the guardrails we set together.
Store notes
Tell it what’s
going on today.
A manager can brief it in a sentence. If the card terminal goes down, every guest hears about it in the greeting, before they order. Nobody finds out at the window.
Offers
A little nudge.
Never a push.
You choose what it offers: by item, time of day, how busy the lane is, and the weather. In the rush, offers stay short. When the lane is quiet, it suggests more. When it’s cold, offer soup. When it’s hot, offer iced lemonade.
On an ordinary day, when a burger is ordered at lunch, the board offers a combo with fries and a cola, and the guest says sure. On a hot day, cold drinks are added to the offers from lunch onward; in the afternoon the board offers a large iced lemonade, and the guest says yes, please.
Loyalty
Rewards at the speaker.
Guests scan the QR code on the order board, or ask for it, to add their loyalty account. They earn points, redeem rewards and get greeted by first name.
Also included
Dozens of languages
Guests can order in their preferred language (English, French, Spanish, Chinese, and many more) depending on what markets your brand or franchisees support.
Hears the guest, not the traffic
It separates the guest’s voice from engines, wind and traffic.
One lane or several
Works in single-lane and multi-lane stores.
If it goes down, your lane doesn’t
Your crew answers on their headsets, as they do today.
Every order in your reports
Orders by store, day and hour, time at the speaker, average ticket, offers made and accepted, crew takeovers, and how often guests corrected an order.
The same standard at open and close
Your greeting, your read-back and your offers, on the first order of the day and the last.
Getting started
Connect once. Then open store by store.
We connect ServThru to your POS and menu once. After that, a store with HME Nexeo Pro goes live in hours. Crew training is short: mostly, getting used to not pressing answer out of habit when a car pulls up.
Pricing follows each store’s order volume, so a quiet store doesn’t pay what a busy one does. If a store gets busier, it moves up a level with no interruption.
