About Mike Mulik

Head of Brand &Product Design – Graivy Inc.

A brand isn’t a logo or a tagline. It’s how people feel when they interact with your product. And design isn’t just the interface – it’s the choreography of every moment that leads to that feeling. At Graivy, I lead both.

As Head of Brand and Product Design, I’m building the connective tissue between how Graivy looks, how it behaves, and how it makes people feel, from the touchscreen, drive-thru to the tone of a headline to the shape of a checkout flow. Whether someone’s ordering lunch or scrolling past us on social, I want the experience to be instantly recognizable, quietly delightful, and frictionless by design.

I’ve spent the last two decades designing across industries that don’t usually make design easy, such as finance, government, gaming, telecom, retail, and tech. And I loved it. Because in complexity, I see clarity. Whether it was rebuilding enterprise platforms, launching public service experiences, or creating onboarding journeys that became patented solutions, my obsession has always been the same: make the hard feel effortless.

So why Graivy? Because foodtech is real-time, high-stakes, and gloriously unpredictable. It’s the kind of space where good design isn’t optional – it’s essential. Whether it’s navigating the chaos of a drive-thru or turning kiosks into seamless service points, I’m here to make sure the experience feels as good as it performs.

Outside the studio, I ride motorcycles. As much as I can when Canadian wether allows. I’ve explored half of Canada and a good stretch of Europe on two wheels, chasing curves and clarity. You learn a lot on a bike: how to read the environment, how to stay present, and how to find rhythm in the unexpected. Not so different from good design.

I believe the best brand and product experiences don’t compete for attention. They earn it, then get out of the way.
