- Data
The AI never receives a guest’s identity or contact details. It gets a first name for the greeting and, if you turn them on, their usual orders.
It doesn’t identify anyone by voice.
Recordings, transcripts and logs can be set to match your data policy and local law.
- If it goes down
Your crew takes orders on their headsets, as they do today. This also covers a network outage.
- Going live
Your POS and menu are connected once.
After that, each store goes live in hours.
- Pricing
Based on each store’s order volume.
If a store gets busier, it moves up a level with no interruption.
